Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This notice covers www.redamon.org and www.devergolabs.com. In short: these sites set no cookies, count visits anonymously without cookies, and only receive personal data you choose to send through the contact form.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Devergo Labs (DEVERGO), 62019 Recanati (MC), Italy, VAT number 02130930437. Contact: devergo.sam@gmail.com (PEC: devergo@pec.it).

Cookies

We do not set cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept in local storage on your device and never sent to us.

Visitor statistics (Umami)

To understand which pages are useful, we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, without cookies. For each page view it records the page address, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and country, plus clicks on our GitHub buttons. Your IP address is used only to work out the country and is not stored. Visits are grouped by a one-way identifier that changes regularly and cannot identify you.

The statistics script is served from our own domain (the /_a/ path) and forwards data to Umami Software, Inc., our processor, which stores it in its EU data region for up to 6 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no statistics are recorded. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how the sites are used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form (devergolabs.com)

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, email, phone number, budget range, how you heard about us and your project description. We use them only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form sends them to us by email through Google (Gmail); they are not stored in any database on our servers. We keep the email for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and no longer than the law requires.

Embedded content and third-party images

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so YouTube sets no cookies unless you play a video; once you do, Google's privacy policy applies. Some devergolabs.com service pages show 3D models from Sketchfab, loaded with its Do Not Track option. Some pages also load images from YouTube (video thumbnails), GitHub, shields.io and trendshift.io. Like any web request, these servers receive your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies.

Hosting

The sites run on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Milan). We do not keep web-server access logs.

Transfers outside the EU

Umami Software, Inc. and Google are US companies. Where personal data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to devergo.sam@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Informativa sulla privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 1 ottobre 2026

I tuoi diritti
